Meet the team at Boston Accountability.

Ardith Welwood, MA

Ardith has coached individuals for the past 12 years. In her role as a leadership development consultant, she empowers her clients to achieve deeper levels of change through strategies that enable a culture of accountability, as well as the peak performance that drives bottom-line results. As a means to reach these goals, Ardith draws from her extensive practice and training in change methods, skilled communication, and clarification of business and personal visions and values.

Out of her work in behavioral psychology, Ardith became highly interested in how individuals influence and motivate themselves and others to produce results, high levels of performance, and positive outcomes. She draws from her master’s degree in psychology and coach certification training to fully understand, assess and solve internal and external professional challenges that impede peak performance, as well as executive and team development. She works with executives and managers to identify internal and external reinforcements influencing workplace performance and systems changes. Because Ardith understands that 70% of change efforts either fail or are ineffectual, she uses coaching to impact long lasting results.

Ardith received her Bachelor of Arts at Boston University and her Masters in Psychology from Lesley University. She became a certified executive coach from the College of Executive Coaching and attended a Mini MBA Program at Boston University School of Management, Executive Leadership Center.
